I'm as a seller on Fiverr all my rights are gone, I worked on the order it should be finished in 14 days and the buyer is a mad person he wants me to work all the year for what he paid he kept sending customizations requests for more than 20 days and I did all his requirements as a seller and after my 28 days work on the order the buyer requested to cancel for no reason and the support canceled it for him and they didn't respect my effort and time and I got no help with them on support
Just read the rest of the reviews. I was booted from the platform because a buyer (they told me they were going to do this) threatened me with negative reviews if I wouldn't do more work. When I refused to do more work for them than I agreed to initially they flagged my account with customer service and I was suspended with no warning, no explanation and no due process. Then my funds were held hostage for 90 days with no possibility of withdrawal...

Fiverr is an awesome platform to use. They have freelancers who get the job done well. If there is a problem fiverr's customer service is quick to resolve it. I love their platform and will always be a customer. I rate their website a 10/10! I recommend anyone who needs help with their business use their platform!
Fiverr has a very reliable customer service team who have assisted me greatly. I encourage anyone who uses it to check out the reviews on anyone that they plan to work with.
Fiverr's customer team has always been helpful in resolving any issues, and issues that I have had are very rare.
I am an SEO pro and working for more than 4 years. I have ranked many sites on the top page of Google. I have perfect knowledge of both on-page and off-page optimization. I can rank your keywords on top of SERP.
I am experienced in Brightlocal, Whitespark, Moz, Yext, and Ahrefs. I use these tools to track rank, website and SEO audits, keywords research.
We believe that good quality marketing should be accessible to everyone and our mission is to be at the forefront for our client's needs.
I've been doing audio work for years and decided to give Fiverr a try. I actually made money, about $2500 over 3 or 4 months, so I'm not someone who's bitter because I couldn't be successful at it. Here's the problem: if someone chooses you for a job you HAVE to accept it. You might offer a job of recording 100 words for $5. If they send you 1,000 words wanting the $5 rate and you refuse to do it Fiver will penalize you for not completing the job. I had one buyer who accidentally booked a job from me and Fiverr refused to refund their money. I refunded it out of my own pocket to avoid them having a negative experience. Fiverr sent me a letter threatening to cancel my account. I saved them the trouble and cancelled it myself. Fortunately, my business is doing well and I don't need Fiverr. I was offering an incredible deal to their customers for experienced audio work but have no desire or need to deal with the unreasonable policies Fiverr imposes on their suppliers. You may find some good producers on Fiverr but chances are they won't stick around long.
I have always been able to find what I need at an affordable rate and with quality on Fiverr.
I hired a seller (anna_isk) to help me with coding. She took her sweet time and wasted mine. Project never got finished and I am stuck with code thats useless. Fiverr didn't step in to help and the seller is still on Fiverr selling and has an "excellent" rating. Total crap website. Fiverr allows medicore freelancers to use their platform and doesn't protect the rights of buyers. Just don't use this website. It's a waste of time and you will loose your money. Upwork has its negative elements, but way better than Fiverr.
Do not use gshare_web as a web designer he will SCAM you by pressuring you into completing the job before he has finished it. He will then promise to complete the task and never do so. This kind of behavior is shameful and I will be blasting him to every review board. You never win when you play dirty!
Unethical middle eastern outfit: As a seller, we delivered, received a 5 star review, and then suddenly customer service told us our money is not available.
When we confronted them about facts, they dropped our account after 5 years of flawless freelancing and gave our services to Israeli friends to sell instead.
Since Fiverr is an Israeli-based business, they literally just banned me because of my nationality (Syrian), after having completed 6 orders and getting 3 five-star reviews...
Even though I am outside of Syria they specifically said "We do not conduct business with certain nationalities, and Syria is one of them".
Probably the most racist thing I have had to go through...
I've only used Fiverr once but will be working with someone in the near future. I'm so glad this website exists! I heard good things about it and when I did use it, I was completely satisfied. This is a must if you are running a small business.
So far Fiverr.com has been an awesome site that has helped me be able to keep my digital record label working and going strong. It has provided a platform for me to be able to work with different people and get the results that I need at a fraction of the price.
This is the best platform you may find almost all the services and people cannot scam you or steal your money
